All eligible refund requests will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of refund approval. Working days are calculated as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was originally used for the booking:

UPI Payments

Refunds for UPI transactions will be credited back to the original UPI account

Refund amount will reflect in your bank account linked to the UPI ID
Debit/Credit Card Payments

Refunds for card payments will be credited back to the original card used for payment

The refunded amount will appear on your card statement within 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your bank's processing time
Cash Payments

Refunds for cash payments will be processed as cash refunds

Cash refunds must be collected in person from our office during business hours

Valid identification and booking confirmation will be required for cash refund collection

Any bank charges or transaction fees deducted during the original payment will not be refunded
